Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays outside our control.

Order issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at customerservice@vyscentofficial.store and we'll help track it down.
